Nasce dall'esperienza del Dott. Claudio Lamartina e del Dott. Pedro Luis Berjano un nuovo modello organizzativo dove trovano spazio: ricerca, scienza, gestione, organizzazione, clinica, sviluppo, qualità.

GSpine codiretto da Claudio Lamartina e Pedro Luis Berjano vede l'eccezionale direzione del programma di educazione scientifica di Max Aebi, e un team di 13 collaboratori tra senior e junior; questo modello organizzativo permette di investire tempo e risorse dedicate in ogni ambito della cura medica: dalla ricerca allo sviluppo, dalla qualità gestionale quotidiana all'eccellenza clinica in sala, dalla formazione di nuovi talenti alla presenza costante in reparto del personale con esperienza, la chiave è nel talento dei singoli e nella condivisione continua, con lo studio dei casi clinici, collaborazioni interdisciplinari, follow up per i pazienti.
