Dr. Marco Damilano – Orthopedic Specialist MD, Spine Surgeon
Born in Saluzzo, Italy in 1979. Bachelor’s degree in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Torino in 2006.
In 2012 he obtained his specialization in Orthopedics and Traumatology at the University of Milan.
During his specialist formation he spent 24 months with the Spine Surgery Division II at the Galeazzi IRRCS Orthopedic Institute.
His Specialty Thesis, “Vertebral Fusion with Direct Lateral Access,” was based on pioneering research he conducted together with Dr. Berjano on the XLIF technique and its applications.
